복잡하고 다양한 금융상품의 출시등 빠르게 변화하는 금융시장환경에서 금융소비자로서의 역할이 중요해지고 있는 있다. 이에 금융시장과 금융소비자행동을 이해하고, 금융관련 피해예방을 위한 소비자정보, 금융소비자교육 이론을 학습하며, 금융소비자피해사례의 분석을 통해 금융소비자 상담 및 피해구제에 대한 이론과 실제를 학습한다.

The goal of this course is to provide a understanding of how to empower and protect consumers in the financial market. Topics such as financial consumer behaviors, financial consumer informations, consumer educations, consumer problems and protection issues will be discussed.
