자본시장에 대한 체계적인 이해와 더불어 금융의 기능에 대한 학습을 하는 것이 이 과목의 주요 목적이다. 금융시스템의 이해, 금융기관들(은행, 증권회사 등)의 역할, 금융상품(주식, 채권, 파생상품 등)의 이해, 투자자의 선택, 자산운용업무 및 펀드시장의 기능에 대한 이해와 더불어 이를 국제자본시장의 이행을 접목하는 폭넓은 학습에 초점을 둔다. 특히, 최근 도입된 자본시장통합법에 대한 전반적인 이해를 하는데도 이 강의가 도움이 될 것이다. 은행, 증권회사 및 금융관련기관들에 관심 있는 학생들과 금융관련 자격증을 준비하고자 하는 학생들이나 준비 중인 학생들 중 자본시장에 대한 전반적인 체계를 이해하고자 하는 학생들에게 이 강의가 도움이 될 것으로 예상한다.

The purpose of this course is to study the function of finance and systemic understanding in the capital market. This course focuses on the understanding of financial system, the role of financial institution, the understanding of financial products(stocks, bonds, derivatives,etc), the investors decision making, the function of asset management and fund
markets. In particular, we will discuss the financial investment services and capital market act.
