부동산금융과 투자는 부동산에 대한 과학적 투자방식을 동부하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 앞으로의 부동산투자는 개인들의 개별적 투자보다는 투자기업들의 대규모 투자 위주로 이루어질 것이라는 점에서 과학적 투자방안을 이해할 수 있는 분석가들에 대한 수요가 크게 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 따라서 본 강의에서 체계적이며 과학적인 부동산투자방식을 공부한 학들은 과학적 부동산 투자영역으로 진출하여 의미 있는 업무를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Interest in real estate has increased dramatically in recent years as the various ways of investing in and financing real estate continues to evolve. This course prepares students to understand the risks and rewards associated with various ways of investing and financing both residential and commercial real estate. This course will use Excelspreadsheets extensively which help students to understand main ideas.
