본 강의는 부동산시장의 작동원리에 관해 공부한다. 도시의 형성과 발정, 도시공간구조의 결정 및 주택 및 토지시장의 작동원리에 대해 학습한다. 부동산경제학의 이론을 충실히 공부함과 아울 실천 (practice)에도 충분한 주의를 기울일 것이다.
