본 강좌에서는 기업가치의 극대화를 위하여 기업자금의 조달과 운영을 어떻게 효율적으로 행할 것인지를 연구하게 된다. 강좌는 자본의 시간가치에 따른 적절한 투자방안을 선택하는 것에서 출발하여 포트폴리오 이론 등 기업경영에서의 위험관리를 다루고 나아가 자본조달결정과정에 대한 이해까지 진행될 예정이다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course concerns how to allocate scarce resources over time under conditions of uncertainty. Basic understanding of finance is essential in the business world. In this course, we will study together finance theories which will help students to think about resources allocation over time and evaluate financial alternatives and make decisions. For this purpose core concepts on optimization over time, asset valuation, and risk management will form major parts of this course.
